Most MSMEs are founded and managed by dynamic entrepreneurs whose risk taking capacity and entrepreneurial spirit are the pillars which holds the business together. In most cases, the Business Owner himself manages all aspects of the business, keeping a minimal managerial structure for carrying out instructions. Though this model may be found effective at the initial stages of the business, difficulties start arising once the business grows with the accompanying complexities. Even in such scenarios, the Business Owners in general are found not to favor hiring of well qualified & experienced professionals as CEOs for various reasons, the primary reason being cost.

• Strategy Consultation as and when required when you are looking at business expansion, diversification, acquisition, mergers, manpower rationalization, introducing new technologies and so on.

• Provide Mentoring Services for Startups.
